Where do the numbers appear?
Centred at the bottom of each page, as “page / total” in a small grey font. Existing content is not moved.
Does the merged PDF carry metadata from the originals?
No. Pages are copied into a brand-new document, so author, creation tool and other metadata from the source files are left behind.
Is my file uploaded to a server?
No. This tool runs entirely in your browser. You can open your browser's network tab and verify no request carries your file.
