What is the difference between fill and fit?
Fill scales the image to cover the whole target and crops the overflow from the center โ no bars, some edges lost. Fit shrinks the image to fit inside and pads the rest โ nothing lost, possible bars. Profile pictures usually want fill; screenshots usually want fit.
Does resizing reduce quality?
Downscaling keeps images sharp (high-quality resampling). Upscaling beyond the original size softens pixels โ for real enlargement use our AI upscaler instead.
Is my file uploaded to a server?
